At the ECMP European Championships in Hungary, Arthur Lanigan-O’Keeffe was disappointed to finish in 9th place. However, the top ten finish ensured that he maintained his third place World Ranking in an extremely impressive season including a gold medal in Bulgaria & a bronze in Kazakhstan.

The Dublin Ladies Football team are in a strong position in Group 4 of the All-Ireland Qualifiers after a comprehensive 5-17 to 2-13 win over Cavan. Sinead McGoldrick came on the 44th minute, bolstering the Blues defence & providing some great drives forward at every opportunity.

The Rugby Sevens World Cup took place in San Francisco at the weekend & Irish referee Joy Neville was back on duty, taking charge of the Semi-Final & several of the pool matches. Joy was also part of the ref team for the final, where New Zealand won back-to-back World Cups, beating France 29-0
