Ireland ran out 11 point winners over Argentina with a rusty performance.  Andrew Porter came on in the final quarter and won a scrum penalty soon after.  Andrew Conway was introduced on the wing to see out the game.

Conor O’Shea’s Italy bounced back to winning ways with a 28-17 win over Georgia.

Joy Neville was Assistant Referee to Waynes Barnes for the important World Cup Qualifier between Kenya & Canada.

It was a brilliant opportunity for Greg Jones to get valuable game time against International opposition when Ulster Rugby beat Uruguay 22-5

Jersey Reds had a 41-34 win over Ealing Trailfinders in the Championship Cup.  Jerry Sexton continues to play a captains role and impress in the second row.  Willie Ryan helped Doncaster Knights to their 20-19 win over Coventry. Tadgh McElroy put in an impressive performance for Bedford Blues particularly in the set-piece with some powerful scrums and hitting his targets in the line-out. He also managed to put a well placed grubber kick in to put the Pirates under pressure.

Arthur Lanigan-O’Keeffe continues to work on his fencing skills before he heads back to Pentathlon competition and finished 6th in the Welsh Fencing Open.
